3D Nursery Rhymes Animations

I am looking for 3D Animators, it could be a single person, a group or a company to develop flash animation for children. These will be based on nursery rhymes in International language. I will provide the music. Requirements: - You will be required to create the character, storyboard, backgrounds, illustrations, animation, etc. - if your work quality is good, it is likely that you will be given more assignments and on a regular basis - I will pay fixed prices basis, that is, pay per rhyme basis. Each rhyme is on an average about 2 minutes. - All art elements need to be self-designed and completely cleared of all copyright and royalty. - It is required that complete copyrights and other rights are transferred from the creator to me. The copyrights of the original artwork and elements created for this assignment will belong to me - I will also require the open files (source files) of the animation and illustrations.
