Subtile creation (SRT) for 10 min English Video

I need to create subtitles for few english documentaries, which are hosted in YouTube. All documentaries are less than 10 minutes(mostly between 7 to 10mins). You need to download the youtube documentary in flv format and create the srt subtitle file. I have lot of these types of video for subtitling. Please bid for 20 such videos, each less than 10 mins. ## Deliverables 1) SRT file 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
