Web page coding - easy 960 grid w/hover tabs

Slice a design for an Index page. I provide all the graphic elements, backgrounds, gradients, etc., along with a layered Photoshop file. Looking for someone who's fast, friendly and affordable, who knows the 960-grid. It's a few hours work if you know what you're doing, maybe less. 1. Refer to the "[url removed, login to view]" to see the Index page design. 2. Please refer to the "[url removed, login to view]" (section of my design) and also the "[url removed, login to view]" that is a working example of these tabs. I don't know what you call these special tabs in programming lingo, but I want them. 3. To see a working example of what I'm referring to in #2 above go to . . . [url removed, login to view] . . . and you'll see the way they use it, which requires no clicking, just hovering. 4. If I hire you to do this work, I assume you can easily teach me how to work with the images and content for this "special tab" stuff, right? 5. If I can get you a layered Photoshop file by the end of this week, or earlier, what kind of delivery time would your schedule allow, and of course, what cost? 6. The project would entail coding and creating the Index page, not content. Thanks, John

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
