I need someone to make a proxy server that rotates https proxies I choose to have rotated for me on a windows VPS. Should have the following functions below - Checks if proxy is suitable for Pokemon Go and not banned -Only uses selected proxy 5 times every 20 minutes -Automatically removes banned proxies from rotating list -Proxy Server can be accessed via IP:PORT and distributes qualified proxies, unlimited threading -Allows me to add additional proxies to the proxy server -Easy to navigate and user friendly

Looks like you need something with nodejs and some bash scripting. I'll need more info about how you want it to work, I haven't worked in anything similar but it looks interesting. Relevant Skills and Experience nodeJS, MySQL, API and SysAdmin.
