We want to build an APP that will replace a now working public art project, where you can get a phone call from a statue in NYC by scanning a QR code with a QR scanner app. The system now is not an APP. We want to build an app to continue this project with a build in a scanner and other features.

We do the design / the contents of getting statues to call is already working
