Check arduino library for missing part

there are two libraries, dmxsimple2 and conceptinectics.
both work great in receiving dmx.
I'm trying to implement RDM part of dmx,
dmxsimple2 default program works great. but is outdated.
conceptinectics program works but RDM part isn't working, it gets stuck on the 45th bit or 46th bit.
RDM has 48bits.
If anyone can look at the two library and fix the issue in conceptinetics so it works as dmxsimple2 that will be great.

just something i tried
in conceptinetics check file rdm_slave_eeprom. in commandline rdm_responder 0707 0x01 0x02 0x03 0x04,
the controller scans till 03 and at 4 which is 45th bit it gets stuck like it is in loop.
if its changed to 0707 0x01 0x02 0x03 0x00, it gets stuck at 3.
if its changed to 0707 0x01 0x02 0x00 0x04, it gets stuck at 4.
