Voltage to duty cycle using microcontroller

The project consists of programming a microcontroller ( developer is free to use up to his preference of controller) for the conversion of an analogue voltage signal at an input and converter to a varying duty cycle on the output.
There will be 5 input signals in total. Each input has a different input voltage range. Each voltage is to be converted to a duty cycle on a respective output. The range for each output is specified in the attachment.
Both the input range and output duty range must be commented in the source code as I might need to adjust them.
NB: The input voltages are scaled from 0-10V(max) but they can be converted to 0-5V if there is a limitation with the controller.
