Book Writer for Long-Term Partnership

We are looking for a sophisticated writer to lead our Self-Development Summaries and Biography books. Most importantly, we are looking for a diligent writer who can not only succinctly summarize self-development content but can also inspire our readers to take action on the valuable insights in our books. The workflow is predicted to be 2-3 books per month at first with possibilities of further expansion. We expect the turnaround time to be 7 - 10 days for books ranging between 20,000 - 40,000 words. The starting rate will be $1.50 per 100 words. Therefore, 10,000 words = $150. We care about our readers and the quality of their reading experience. Naturally, we care for our writers and provide them with a comfortable environment with clear guidelines and resources to ensure their best work. To apply for the position you must meet the following criteria: • Have mastery of the English language – you are or can pass as a native speaker/writer. Skills include but are not limited to: perfect spelling, grammar and punctuation, versatility in word choice, voice and writing style • Clear writing of central idea and organization • Effectively summarize passages and chapters down to the main insights while still conveying overall voice and tone • Have worked on large projects in the past with several milestones • Meet deadlines and communicate in a timely manner • Provide examples of previous work • Optional: Provide contact to previous employers as a reference Questions to keep in mind: 1.
