Hi... Interview questions? No problem... If you want to do leprechaun magic to select the right candidates... then read on....
First... The styles of the questions will depend on the selection processes you are using.
For example - You can use the traditional interview approach with standard questions... (generally "What" "When" etc.. These will vary a little - but not a lot - for each position.
Or you can use a behavioural interview style which will get a discussion going about "What" they have done... and "How" they did it! This gets better info and maybe a 180 degree view of each candidate.
BUT if you really want to do a great job (360 degree view) and give yourself a real shot at choosing the best available candidate - then we need to discuss an INTERVIEW PROCESS... not just interview questions.
