In the past we have been focused on building up a solid basis for our business in the Scandinavian area. Now we are ready for the rest of the world and we are therefore seeking to establish a long-term business relationship with a freelance, senior copywriter with a strong B2B marketing background. The Effectmanager organization is Danish, and non of us are native English. We speak and write English every day, but we lack the final touch and finesse to be recognized as a true global player. That is why we need you! We are looking for someone who can reflect Effectmanager’s core values in this work: being bold, passionate, connected, authentic, and accountable, with a start-up mindset. Our business is growing, and we’re committed to act as one of the top 5 global SaaS software leaders in our market niche. The ideal candidate is probably a mixture of a passionate copywriter with a solid interest in software engineer, product management, system architecture, release management and business development. You will enter the external customer success manager role and help us push our communication to new crystal clear levels. You’ll report to the team around the CEO and influence a variety of strategic marketing initiatives. You are eager to work with a small, growing organization and ready to get involved in all aspects and tasks in such an organization. You may also be involved in working directly with Effectmanager customers. SOME OF THE THINGS YOU WILL BE DOING: Being responsible for part of our English communication/documentation. You will be involved in: o Correcting our www site pages o Correcting blog posts (including interviewing e.g. the CEO and writing the blog post from the ground up) o Writing scripts for videos o Press releases o Potentially be involved in correcting sales proposals and other business documents. Potentially be involved in separate SEO optimization projects and inbound marketing THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL PROBABLY HAVE: 8-10 years of experience from writing copy in the SaaS software industry (or closely related) Have excellent communications skills for both business and technical audiences Be willing to work on an ad-hoc basis with heavy workload in peak periods Be willing to work on a reasonable fixed price basis, allowing us to budget ahead ABOUT EFFECTMANAGER We have been in business since 20XX, serving retails suppliers such as P&G, Henkel, Ferrero, BDF Beiersdorf, Pernod Ricard etc. with a starte of the art solution for adding value to the relationship between the retail supplier and the retail chain. The effectmanager solution elevates the relationship between the Key Account Manager on the supplier side and the Procurement Officer on the retail chain side to become a strategic partnership with a mutual objective; improving retail campaign profit.
