Long-Term Writer Needed

I need to add a new prolific writer to our team. I run a small inbound marketing agency and need someone good who knows a bit about content marketing and seo as well and who can work without any assistance. He/she might also have to proofread and edit other writers' content so its very important that his/her own work is error-free and perfect. This a long-term position so please don't apply if you are not serious or if writing is not a passion but an on-again, off-again hobby for you. I need someone I can depend on for the long haul. If you prove to be that person in the first few months, I will be able to offer you rewards, give you more responsibilities, increase your rate and really help you grow as a writer. I am myself published on some of the biggest sites of the world and so you will have the chance to learn from the very best. It should also be noted that most of your content will be ghost written: as in it won't be published with your name on it. Please get back to me with your cv/resume, 3 writing samples (better if they are for different niches) and a 300 words cover letter on why I should hire you. If you do well in the initial 2 weeks probationary period, I will send over a contract for a 6 months contract that you will have to sign. You will have to write about one or more of the following niches: - content marketing, seo, cro - home improvement, interior design - beauty, health, well-ness, women's health Also one additional responsbility of yours would be to do email outreach. We will teach you how to do that and you will be using the email IDs provided by us to do that. Also I am more comfortable paying you by the hour but I can also consider fixed pay projects.
