Native Spanish speaker preferred. Technical writer with strong Linux and Python background

Native Spanish speaker preferred with technical writing ability with strong Linux background. The person hired for this project will be required to perform the Linux and Python tasks each week. Although the content you will be working on is in English - I would prefer a Native Spanish speaker as the people that you will be working with are also native Spanish speakers. You'll be tasked with creating/editing content on the subject of Linux, Python, and IT Security. You'll be provided with a list of reference content and you'll basically just have to article spin the content so that it is not plagiarized, perform the tasks described in the article so you take new screenshots, and then record a video of the tasks being performed. I want a person that can work 40 hours a week. This person must be able to start immediately, and must be able to work with little supervision. I need a person that can start immediately!!!! If you are awarded this project you'll start right away. This is low-cost volume writing - bids for $4 per hour or more WILL NOT be considered so please do not waste your time or mine. DO NOT bid $5.00 per hour. Your bid must be LESS than $4, and if you do good work in the first 30 days I will award you another project.
