Need a person to manage my youtube channel for making content and posting videos.

Hi, I would like to start a youtube channel, there is no specific niche i have decided. It is your interest to choose the topic. I need you to make the video from scratch to posting it on my channel. Skills required: 1. Good at video editing [login to view URL] content writing/making and softskills. [login to view URL] to be expert in the niche you choose [atleast you should prove that you will be consistent] [login to view URL] Should be with professional attitude and Punctual. 5. Need to make a small document after posting the video[references, content should be included in that document] Note: This can be work from home. It is your choice to make it as part time / Full time. Payment would be done after completion of every 10 videos. Payment for each video would be range from 500-1000 depending on your work and duration of the video. Having skills over youtube marketting would be an added advantage. Duration for this project would be 2 years: you need to make the 50 Videos in first 3 months. Uploading of the videos need to be started after having 50 videos in your hand. Payment would be decided based on your video. You will be paid 80% of the amount after every 5 videos [that is if price for your video is 500(say) then (500*5)*0.8 = 2000 would be paid and remaining 500 would be paid after uploading video.] Please put your bid based on the 5 videos price.
