Thanks!   POSITION: Title: Land Technician Full-Time/Part-Time: Full time FLSA: United States of America (Non-Exempt) Description: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for tracking the status of various land efforts related to the company’s development plans, including generating reports and distribution of information across departments. • Provide document generation, work flow and processing support to the company’s land staff, including JOA’s, Oil and Gas Leases, DOI’s and curative documents.   • Coordinate the recordation, work flow and processing of executed documents with the Land Administration function, including submitting and tracking documents to various county courthouses for recordation. • Assist as needed with landowner meetings and communications related to the company’s development plans.  Take phone calls from landowners and provide feedback to when necessary. • Participate as a team member in development team meetings and status updates.  Generate up to date information for all team members. • Work closely with peers in all departments in order to effectively execute the company’s development plans. • Undertake special projects as needed. • The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible to business needs. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management JOB POSITION FULL : [login to view URL]
