Hie. The project should be called CHANGE DETECTION. It can be done in two ways. That is 1. Supervised classification Change Detection and 2. Unsupervised classification Change Detection For this project super classification change detection will be used. It will involve computer algorithms classifying each pixel of the image and displaying the digital value assigned. Report will be produced and a map will be presented also. Hi. sir basically you want to do change detection (spatio temporal analysis) from 1992 to 2015. this can be done in various ways like classification etc. as far your second requirement is concerned, i am proficient in working with any kind of spatial data in any format like csv (excel), netcdf, tif, hdf etc. i can do automation in arcgis utilizing python for automate processes, like getting specific info from excel file or perform any spatial analysis. i did a similar project in SUPARCO which is national space agency of my country, in that project i was provided with 35 years duratiom data (from 1980 to 2015). the data was on global scale and was hourly daya, first i had to subset data than i need to perform classification on every image and finally i need to do change detection (spatio temporal) studie. message me so that we can discuss further about your requirements. one more thing, irrespective of the fact that to whom you award this project, if you need any help msg me. thanks
