Hello Rahul, Hope you are doing good. As you’ve stated in your description that, you want to detect pedestrians without helmets(construction site helmets) from the video. To do so, we will provide you with a desktop based application where you will open the video to detect the person without the helmet, there will be a button provided to start detection. This application would be developed in python with tensorflow and openCV. I would prefer using tensorflow instead of using openCV alone since the accuracy of object detection in tensorflow is far better than that of openCV. Query: 1) Will you provide the dataset or do we have to collect that too? Note: The video that will be fed to the application must have good picture quality for better judgment.
