Enhance Existing Site for Multi-Location Use

Overview A community outreach site has been built for a location in the Southern US. The front-end is completed. A partial CMS has already been built to allow several sections to be updated. Project The site has been requested to be expanded to work for dynamic for multiple locations. The site is password protected but no CMS exists to add/edit/delete users. User's who login will be granted access to the location they've been given access to. If a user is given access to multiple locations they will first be asked which location they wish to view. Each location will have a custom header banner different from the other locations. Data for each page will be shown for that particular location. CMS Existing CMS items are: Calendar, News and Contact Info. These should be expanded to be dynamic, showing content based on the location. New CMS items needed are: About, Downloads, FAQ's, Links, Facility Info. In addition each location will have a subscription table where email addresses will be collected and an email feature to send an email to that location's emails can be performed. Summary Create CMS for user login. User logins can be for one, multiple or all (admin) locations. Create CMS for About, Downloads, FAQ's, Links & Facility Info. Update existing CMS to be dynamic by location. All new CMS's also to be dynamic by location. Update front-end to be dynamic by location. A separate banner graphic for each location. There are 30 locations total. Banner graphic is simple image of location faded into image of workers (all images provided) Complete partially completed subscription database. User will visit home page and sign up for newsletter. Also a back-end exists to add subscribers via the CMS. Technologies ASP, MSSQL Note: I am a developer but do not have time to finish this project. I estimate the project should take approx 20-30 hours to complete.
