Fix Angular with ASP.net Core project with sql server

When registering the information does not get stored in the sql server database. I get an error message in google chrome that says "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)". I would like for registration and login to work just fine. Also would like comments to understand.
