Implementing Microsoft Field Service for 3 Service Technicians
Customers and item numbers are loaded from Excel.
Service tasks are created - planned - and sent to the Service Technician.
The service technician records usage of time, driving and consumed spare parts via tablet / tel. / Pc.
Implementation of Service / Customer Portal. In Service Portal, customers can log in and order service visits, as well as see which devices they have in the company.
External service technicians can attend their own tasks
Integrated with Field Service. That is, they share data (customers, goods and history of service agreements). Service tasks are created - planned - and sent to the Service Technician.
Service technician detects consumption of driving time and consumed spare parts.
Implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central
The implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central means that invoices are no longer manually made.
In future, the service technician's registrations are entered electronically in D365 BC, where an invoice is automatically generated.
