small interview project

Create two different role 1- admin  (admin can view all employee details) 2- supervisor (supervisor has privilege to create employee details.) Employee details: name, age, address, department, salary,designation,contact number and email ASP.NET MICROSOFT SQL. very simple task just pick any template. send the parameters through utility. create stored procedures in database. insert and retrieve through that. use gridview when the supervisor adds en employee. use proper primary or unique keys in database and proper data type. my maximum budget is 1000. I know the project is very easy but due to lack of time I am not doing it. please only with if you can do it for 1000.
