1. I would like to recieve payment securely through paypal(IPN) on a existing form written in asp.

2. I need to also have the ability to set up a paypal subscription.

3. I also need to set up some security on my server for this form. I am not looking for anything too advance just something practically to make transactions using this form secure.

I'm looking for a quality programmer that is very knowledgeable in asp, IIS and Paypal.
