Hi, ima a professional Sound engineer. I listen to the audio and i think that i can clean it a little bit , but its imposible to clean it all. The wind is so much higher that the voice, you have to think that if we take the wind the frequencies that shares with the voice will disappear. So telling you this, i tell you that i do a lot of cleaning because i work doing audio post production in television, and some noise you can clean but another ones its imposible. There is a great amount of noise on this recording. But I know they will be improved a lot using equalizing, filters, gate and compressor. I am a music producer and have great experience in improving bad recorded music.

Hi there, Despite what anyone tells you, it won't be possible to remove the noise completely. There will be some wind noise left, and it will be most prominent in parts where the voice is loud and there was a sudden increase in the volume of the wind at the same time, if there are any of these parts. I can also hear that in the odd place the microphone is being touched and it would not be possible to remove this completely. However I have done a rough attempt with the file you provided and it sounds acceptable, if slightly tinny/metallic, although I will be able to make it sound more natural with some EQing if you wish.

I am a final year sound engineering student and have experience in mixing audio and ADR for sound design. I will first use a high pass filter to remove the rumble, then a low pass filter to remove unwanted hiss from the wind. I will then use a notch filter with a high q to remove frequencies where the wind is dominant and masking the speech. The result will not be perfect due to the speech and wind occupying many of the same frequencies but will certainly be clearer.
