Tronioxcare is building our Inbound Customer Service team to support our benefit members as they make important health decisions. We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center to be the first line of communication for our members. This is not your typical call center job! You will take inbound calls and have conversations with our members to answer questions or provide information so that they better understand their coverage and options. Typical topics include: prescription refills, order status, REQUERMENTS: APPROVED AGENTS MUST All Agents to submit a sample Voice recording of the Openers Script to ensure English and American Accents is REQUIRED). Others accent acceptable with good conditions.. :) SERVICES / TASKS: 1 - Daily minimum you must target 2 Openers 2 - Daily minimum you must target at least 1 Closer 3 - Opener valid client a successfully answers from questions 4 - High speed internet and a Static IP is required Please find attached the script 2 of the Solar Energy campaign however during the Covid19 quarantine we can also use Home Based Agents.
