Record audiobook

I have an educational book which contains around 55,651 words. Please find the book in the attachment. I need to record it as an audio book. I would like to know how much the cost and time will be required to complete this job. The book contains some non English words (Arabic words) which I will provide “recordings” for those words in order to help you pronouncing them correctly and perfectly. Here are some important requirements to record the book: 1. Record without "breaths". 1- Record page 1 to 9 in one audio file. 2- Record the rest of pages in individual audio files (Each "Topic" in separate audio file) 3- You need to record all the words between brackets (if any) 4- No need to record page numbers. 5- I need to get the audio files as WAV format. 6. Muhammad is from Quraish tribe in Makkah city. Muhammad was asking everyone to the Deen (religion) of Islam and worship Allah as one Rubb (God).
