Sound responsive graphic (audio visualizer)

We are looking for someone to make an audio visualizer that will
1) allow us to set an audio input (most of the time this will be microphone sourced)
2) based on the volume and tone of the input signal it will make a graphic increase in size and then return to its original size
3) cause a light flash when the graphic increases in size
4) We would like to be able to set the maximum size of the increase, the threshold that triggers the effect and the color of the light that flashes. Please quote this as a separate price
