The land I need a drawing of is starting at 1 Broadway Island Park NY to the end of 50 Broadway Island Park NY. 1 Broadway has house on it which will be demolished.

We want to buy 50 Broadway and then 1 Broadway and combine the lots to fit in 50 townhouses (2,000 sq ft each in size)
At the moment 50 Broadway can only get planning for 9 homes. see attached files.
if we buy 1 broadway we hope to fit 50 in total but I want you to make a plan that works for this number of same style house.
Show me that you have done this before and you know exactly what I need.
Do you know how to study local building codes and zoning to check out set backs etc..??
