I am getting ready tbuild put a pole barn on my property in Marion County, FL. I will be pulling permits as an owner/builder., and I am going to need engineering drawings to obtain a permit. My first choice was to buy a pole barn package that would include stamped plans, however, they are 10-12 weeks out. How fast could you put together a set of plans for a 24 x 36 pole barn with a some finished finished space for bathroom and small kitchen . No living space.
