I need an AutoCad Drafter/Designer to Revise Residential Plans

I need a professional Cad drafter to revise existing 2D AutCad plans (I have the DWGs) for a residential remodel and addition totalling approx 4,500 sqft. This is a time sensitive job. The edits include changes to window and door dimensions, roof plan, 2d furniture placement (appropriate architectural floor plan symbols), and a bunch of miscellaneous changes including overall cleanup of the existing plans so it is easier to read --it is currently very cluttered looking. The revisions will be ongoing-ish as we work to refine the design and finalize material choices, etc. I'm also interested in having interior/exterior renderings in SketchUp. Lastly, I am including the cad DWG files,the PDF of the plans with elevations, and an example of the types of revisions I will need. FYI the dwg files were originally created in Revit, which I have the project files to as well. As part of this project agreement, I will need to have all project files delivered back in their completed form, e.g., AutoCad project files, SketchUp, etc. Many thanks! Mark
