Non Linear Simulation

Hi! Greetings! I am a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Mechanical Design. I am a Mechanical Engineer I can do it in Ansys 2019. But I am a bit less experienced. So I am not sure , whether I can finish this in 1hour(as I have not used Ansys for a while).
