I would like to createa WDX cad file to create two metal flat pieces with writing in them in mild steel to go on to a flight of steps. They would be 1.9m long and 10cm deep and the metal be about 8mm thick so rigid but not too thick or heavy. The first plate would have In Step lazer cut in to it and the other plate have Out of Step cut in to it. Each plate would have 6 screw holes drilled in to them to secure them to the steps. It would probably be in a standard script like Verdana or similar and centred on the plate. This file would then be sent to Yorkshire Profiles a lazer cutting company near Harrogate in Yorkshire for the piece to be created and I can then collect it .
