Hi, I read your project and it exactly matches with my skill. I have done similar project and i believe i can do this. Azure appgw has public & private ip so it can support both public and private consumers. Azure appgw placed in subnet can route to azure apim which will be also in subnet.

i have experience about 3 years as a system administrator. I'm red hat system administrator certified. daily basis set-up node on AWS with public and private vps on the project requirements. good experience in monitoring tool garafan.
