Need help understanding cryptocurrency ERC20 token creation tutorial, troubleshooting potential error

Hello, I've followed the following tutorial titled "How absolutely anyone can create a cryptocurrency in 60 seconds" exactly, but cannot 100% get it to work. In MyEtherWallet when I try to view the created Token it states "(error_21) Not a valid ERC-20 token" -- Please could you test the tutorial advising where the error is?
