Property rentals virtual scheduling manager

We are looking for someone to join our team in our high end holiday property rental business, Cocoon Luxury Properties. Working remotely with the Property Co-ordinator you will be responsible for key tasks that help ensure a great result for our clients and guests. Your will need to be available to work 3-4 hours per day and sometimes an hour or so on weekends depending on how busy we are. The tasks you need to perform are:

- Keep track of all booking details, log into our system when new funds are transferred (typically our guests pay over a few instalments)

- Keep track of bonds received and bonds that need to be paid out

- Advise the Property Director or Property Co-ordinator when next instalments are due if late in payig

- Help co-ordinate the cleaning schedule and communicate with the cleaning company and property managers

- Manage the pricing on the websites and update them if asked

- Manage content updates to the websites if asked

Our business is based in Sydney Australia.

We will pay AUD $70 per week for the right candidate
