Hi, I’m looking for an experienced and knowledgeable architect to draw up submission drawings for a villa. The master developer is Nakheel and the submission authority is Trakhees. The villa has 5 BR and a pool, apart from regular features like maids room, store room, semi open plan kitchen and open living dining area The 2D layout and 3D renderings are already done. I just want someone to create the submission drawings for the authorities Experience with Dubai villas is A MUST and having done work for submissions to Trakhees is desirable. Total number of drawings are approx 23-25 (ground floor, first floor, stair plan, MEP, section drawings, side elevations, compound wall etc etc A sample file is attached (it is B+G+1) whereas the design i have is for G+1. PLEASE SEE the sample file before Quoting The successful applicant must have experience in Dubai and excellent references/portfolio.
