The need for R400 000 is to build a modern house which can be the beginning of the company.
This is how we will use the R400 000
First we will use R180 000 to buy the land we will build a house on
After we buy the land we will use R10 000 to clean the land and keep it ready for construction.
After that a R50 000 will be used to buy the building materials needed to build the house.
The house is going to be a beautiful modern house so after the house is built we are going to renovate the house a little R 100 000 will be needed to put wooden wall wardrobes and renovate the kitchen it's going to be a five room house.
After that we will use R30 000 to pay the workers
After that we will use another R30 000 to pay our wardrobe builders
Finally we sell the house to the bank
Maybe the house will be bought with R2.4 million after that project there is another on bigger
