Needs to hire 10 Freelancers **Needs to hire 24 Freelancers** We are a Swedish company based in Stockholm. We work in the huge building industry in Sweden. Our services to the market includes following: - Architect services - Structural engineer - Fire consultants - MEP consultants We are currently working with around +1000 projects per year for the last 4 years and this number is growing. The project range is various, we work with small extensions and cottages to big multiple storey buildings. We strongly believe in world wide competence and therefore we have already colleagues working for us through the years from Ukraine, Serbia, England and Venezuela. Our teamwork is mainly done by digital tools like: - Trello - Slack - Google drive Right now we are expanding and looking for new colleagues who want to join our corporation and journey. What qualities are we looking for? - Available 40 hours a week - Architect / draftsman with 4 years of experience in Autodesk Revit. - Fluent in english - A curious mind and a positive attitude :) - Licenses for Autodesk revit 2022 What can you expect from us? - Long term cooperation (mostly of our colleges over world have been working with us for 1-3 years). - At least 5 projects/month. - You will use our revit template and families etc.

I am an architect and I work with Revit BIM, AutoCad, Scketch Up, Lumion, etc. I am currently studying an INTERNATIONAL MASTER IN BIM MANAGEMENT: I started in August 2021 to September 2022. At the EADIC Institute, (Open School for Development in Engineering and Construction). Virtual modality, with an international degree from the Catholic University of Murcia UCAM - Spain and E-CAMPUS University. I do not have the 4 years of experience. However, I am a fast learner and always research and study what I don't know. I would love to work with you and will do my best if you give me a chance to prove it.

This is a really exciting opportunity. And it looks like a lot of exciting projects! I have a Revit licence but I am afraid I haven't got 4 full year of experience in Revit, it is merely 3 and a half years but I am an extremely fast learner and I can guarantee you I can accomplish any task or challenge you throw at me. I am eager to work long hours, during my studies I drafted straight up for 22 hours on some days, ADHD is a curse in everyday life but it's a gift when it comes to my work... over working myself is my passion haha. But I have a keen interest in architecture and wish to work my way to being an architect some day. Contactme if you are interested in a HARD working employee who doesn't shy away from any challenge. I also have experience with Autocad and a limited knowledge of various other draughting programs, from Autodesk Inventor all the way to Blender. I am a bit of an "unconventional" employee but I sure as hell get everything done better than ANYONE else. Additionally I'd be willing to start work at the lowest salary, coming from a country with a weaker currency means I get more than enough of a salary while you get cheaper services...
