Problem: Incoming college students are only limited to 3 choices schools from multiple states per year. They are selected based on thier score. If they don’t meet the score in any of the 3 schools they selected, they will miss admission for that year. However, there are other schools that would possibly admit them but since they did not select them, they still miss out. Admission is also based on state of origin, poverty line etc. Solution: We need a tool that will allow candidates select 20 schools before taking the exam so they can be admitted to the best fit. If selected, the system will release the 19 spots selected for other candidates to be picked. I need a design analysis of the solution (software). Someone with the skill of a business analyst and UX/UI Designer that will help visualize the solution. It will include general technical requirements, workflows and sitemaps, specific user requirement and possible a working prototype/user interface.

It's not necessary to restrict a candidate to select from 3 or 20 schools. User Experience or Usability should be designed in such a way that candidate can be able to select the college before writing the exam or they can even select the colleges after the score part is done. Proposed solution should be scalable for future needs, it should suggest a candidate (based on score) saying that 'Hey, you have these many options to choose'. If he/she selects 4 or 7 before writing the exam, your solution should show them other 16 or 19 or all possible choices based on the score after writing the exam. I can provide you more ideas for the best usability of the tool. Hope to work with you, thanks in advance.
