Business Development Caller – Gym & Fitness Marketing (Pune / Maharashtra Preferred)

We are a performance marketing agency working with gyms, fitness studios, and training academies. We are looking for 1–2 mature, thoughtful sales callers who understand that real sales is about conversation, listening, and clarity — not pressure or scripted telemarketing. This role is for someone who can speak calmly with business owners, understand their situation, and book qualified strategy calls. What you’ll do: Call gym & fitness business owners across Maharashtra Have short, respectful conversations (no shouting, no forcing) Understand their current marketing situation Introduce our service only if relevant Book qualified meetings for our senior closer Maintain a clean daily call & follow-up record Who this is for: Someone who has done sales or business conversations before Comfortable speaking to owners and decision-makers Clear Hindi / English (Marathi is a big plus) Calm tone, good listening skills Discipline > aggression Who this is NOT for: Script-only telecallers High-pressure or spam-style salespeople People who chase numbers without understanding Location Preference: Pune preferred Maharashtra (Remote) also acceptable Work Details: Remote / Hybrid possible 3–5 hours per day Leads + guidance provided Compensation: Fixed pay (based on experience) Incentive per qualified meeting Performance bonus on closed clients How to Apply: Please send: A short voice note introducing yourself Brief background in sales or business conversations City & availability Shortlisted candidates will do a 5-minute mock call (not a scripted test).
