Google SEO / Search-Page Data Software

I am assuming this to be a very quick and easy project for a developer who is familiar with retreiving data from Google or perhaps using the google API to get the necessary data. Although I will go into considerably more detail about what I am looking for with interresting bids, basically the part that I believe to be the most complex of this project is that I am looking to create a piece of software (preferrably desktop) for my personal use where I could, for example enter / import a LARGE LIST of various search terms and the software will find out FOR EACH TERM how many websites there are competing for that particular search phrase on google. For example, if I now go onto Google and type in (in quotations) "Great freelancer", google's results page tells me that there are 20,100 websites it returned for that search. I would like my software to automatically (and VERY QUICKLY) get me that number for all the search-terms on my list. PLEASE NOTE - There is more to this project, but I truly do believe this to be the biggest part. My criteria are: 1) This program must in **NO WAY** annoy Google or possibly get an IP banned. 2) The results must be accurate. 3) The program should be as automated as possible (I don't want to have to sit there entering in Captchas every 30 seconds) 4) Because of the BIG list of search terms, the program must work quickly and efficiently. 5) I will need to be able to sort and filter these results for the other parts / functions of this program (Which I will discuss in greater detail with interresting bidders) PLEASE do not bid unless you feel confident that you can do this. As a matter of fact, to ensure you have read all the requirements and fine details, please write "I can do this" in your reply message / proposal so I can know that you read and understand everything. I am guessing this will be a VERY small project for the capable programmer - I'm expecting to pay about $150 for this project... It truly just needs to work well and, I will tell you, there are some other things it needs to do, but they should be very easy for a capable programmer. Thanks!
