I am looking for an experienced programmer that can write the code for an Astrological Program. This program will eventualyl be incorporated into a web site (to be designed).
Basically, the program will look up planets positions (from an ephemeris table that is already available), calculate its position for any given time and then look up a table of longitude and latitude (of major towns and cities in the world) and calulate planet positions for that locality. Adjustments have to be made for local time changes (This information is also available). There are some specific requirements regarding text output. Some of the source code (in C++) is already available and what is required is to put the whole thing together according to specific requirements.

Hi. I rate my C & C++ skills at 4/5. I have 3 years solid commercial development (C/C++) experience. $300 for programming the astrology logic. $200 for the web site design & development. Total = $450.
As an experienced programmer, I can honestly say the program you are asking for is very easy and could probably be written adequetaly by any student who finishes a first year programming class.
