Arduino based LTC Timecode reader / generator

Dear, We are a Argentinian company that have more than 7 years of experience in embedded programming, PCB's design with KiCad and industrial electronic systems implementation. And we have alliances with local and overseas partners for mass electronic products manufacturing. We can make the PCB and schematic design using KiKad and PCB assembly (We have SMT and soldering lines for small quantities prototype productions). We have a lot of experience in cellphone chargers, battery chargers, motor control, H bridges (1 and 3 phases), etc. We work with a show production and rental company. We make a lot of aplications with LTC. We can develop complete solutions, from mechanical design and drawings, PCB design, PCB assembly, firmware programming, and complete product assembly. This Bid proposal is only for programming and circuit recommendations, All components ar OK, but, the LTC detection is not recommended make with a DAC, It has to be made with a small operational amplifiers circuit. We make a lot of them. We can chat when you prefer to know this project. KiCad is an open source software suite for Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
