Using this menu item, set individual wallpapers for the current chat window, for this, in the dialog, suggest to select a graphic file from the disk. If the individual wallpaper for the chat window is not selected, the wallpaper should be reflected from the general settings (if such were selected). Make assemblies for Windows and Mac, send assemblies for verification. The verification task is necessary to understand that the candidate will be able to understand the source code and make the necessary assemblies. The main development functionality is video broadcasts in groups and channels in Telegram. The logic and details of the main task are described in the attached file.
