I'm not sure what your project entails, but I'm sure I can help you out. I am an expert in CUDA programming. Since 2010, I have been written a compiler for C# for GPU computing, and GPU emulator, and have taught a CUDA programming class. For an accurate estimate of the time to parallelize your program, I'll need to learn more from you.
