I have source code (C language) for an RTSP Streaming Server for Raspberry Pi that creates a single RTSP Stream from the camera (using mmal API) and I would like to extend the capability to use the multiple splitter ports in the mmal API to have 2 simultaneous RTSP streams and a third stream to optionally write to memory. Please see: [login to view URL] Like this but with 2 live streams (RTSP) and 3rd stream recording to SD card using splitter-ports. Resolution, frame rate and bitrate can be hard-coded for each stream. Process should look for existence of a file "/tmp/record" to begin third stream writing to disk and when file doesn't exist, stop recording. Knowledge of Raspberry Pi C programming, RTSP protocol and mmal API are essential. You will also need to have a Raspberry Pi (Zero ideally) with a camera module available for testing.
