Hello there, I'm a C/C++ systems engineer with vast experience and should be able to help you with this, as long as I have access to the hardware, or a remote PC connected to the hardware; and the tool is to run on Linux, embedded Linux(Raspberry Pi for instance), Windows or Win CE(embedded WIndows).
