1. PS D. will provide a better accuracy solution, than the shared blog [login to view URL] [login to view URL]

2. The core of the solution needs to be machine learning principles.

3. We decided to use TensorFlow and Yolo.

4. The solution needs to use the latest industry standards

5. Documentation for the codes. Including a manual on how to install the software.

6. The hardware involved is Raspberry Pi along with casing & sony camera, USB power cable, sd card.

7. PS D. will not pay hardware costs

8. The deliverable will be a store visitors counter with EXCELLENT accuracy, where the camera will be planted on the top of the entrance facing downwards.

9. Accuracy is essential for this project as we have already a store counter and the deliverables need to replace that solution with a much more accurate solution.

10. The solution needs to be able to cope with people walking close to each other.

11. The counter needs to calculate the number of visitors in the store too.

12. As part of this project, PS D. will get the solution working on the hardware using Teamviewer. PS D. will install all the packages and required dependencies through team viewer by taking control of our PC

13. The solution should be handle situations where the lights aren’t bright.

14. The total cost for the project is $350.

15 PS D makes sure that there aren’t third party software costs

16. Delivery within seven days after start project

17. All source codes and rights will be delivered to LookingforF

18. PS D. will provide an open source dataset and will initiate modelling process

19. Start milestone 100 dollars
