I need someone with ACTUAL experience programming the Raspberry Pi Pico/RP2040 to implement a variety of small projects using the RP2040 as part of a larger project. As an introduction, I'd like you to create a program that transfers a program resident in the RAM of one PICO and transfers it via a pair of GPIO lines into the SWD port of a second PICO and then boots it. If you have a third PICO, it would then transfer the program to the third PICO and boot that and so on. The actual program for now can be a simple flashing the LED 'hello world' program. The key thing is that it must NOT move the program into Flash, only into RAM. I already have a solution to this so am just using it to compare your skills against what I need going forward. Please message me if you're not sure of anything and I'll expand my description. Please do not bid if you are not an experienced programmer of the Pi Pico. This is intended as an ongoing project with many parts and obviously you need to have Pi Picos and the toolset already set up.

Hello! I have programming experience for PICO PI and a lot of programming experience for STM32. I have read the datasheets for the PICO PI and RP2040 and also read the "C/C++ with Pico SDK" documentation . But unfortunately I don't have a Pico pi board. But maybe I can help you without the board? I could program the code and compile it and then send it to you for review.
