03 - Turnstile connect to MS SQL

I have 4 turnstiles with two QR scanners(Two ways).
Need make program what will online read information from scanners and will send request to MS SQL about access. if true will open turnstile, if not - then not.
I have SDK for C#.(Attachment)
Request to MS SQL i will write later.
Better if this program will wok under Ubuntu. But if can't can use Windows.
