We require the following

1. A Windows application that will change the wallpaper on a schedule. The wallpapers will be in a specified directory and the application must change to each wallpaper on set schedule systematically.

2. That application needs to check a FTP site for new wallpapers and download those to a local folder.

3. The application must load on startup and accessible form a icon in the system tray.

4. Application options must be password protected.

5. The application must have a silent install with properties configured for deployment.
