Write 2 short C programs that reads files from command line arguments.

First C program will read this from command line <executable> –k <txtfile> -i <input file> -o <output file> Key file is .txt file that contains a 32-byte string in hex format. You need to open the .txt file and store the 32byte string in a char array. Same thing for the input file. Read and store the string from input file into a char array. Write char array from both txtfile and input file into output file. Other than that the program needs to do basic checks on command line arguments. Such as is the total number of arguments 7, is the second argument -k, is the third argument .txtfile, and does the file contain exactly 32bytes. The second C program is basically the same thing, it just has one more argument. Looking for someone to do this relatively fast as the program is small and simple.
